Three Guarantees

In accordance with the service concept of "Quality is Life, Customers are Family" and based on relevant regulations including the Product Quality Law and Consumer Rights Protection Law, the following warranty terms for Old Cobbler leather shoes are specified:

1. Repair Warranty:

Free repair service will be provided within three months for quality issues including sole separation, ungluing, surface breaks, upper separation, uneven nailing, heel cover detachment and other quality-related problems.

2. Replacement Warranty:

Within one month of purchase, replacement will be provided for sole separation, surface breaks, or upper separation. For quality issues covered under repair warranty (except heel cover detachment), replacement will be provided if two repairs within the first month prove ineffective. 3. Refund Warranty: For unworn shoes, within one week of purchase, refunds will be provided for mismatched pairs, different sizes, or exposed nail heads inside the shoes. Refunds will also be provided if replacement shoes experience sole separation, heel breakage, surface breaks, or upper separation within one month.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

1. No valid purchase receipt from our company;

2. Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow care instructions;

3. Claims made after warranty period expiration;

4. Items marked as "Special Sale" or "Seconds";

5. Products that have been self-repaired or tampered with by customers.
