Over a century ago, during the height of the "Art Nouveau" movement sweeping across Europe, a young boy was born in a small village over 100 kilometers away from Naples, Italy. The twelfth of fourteen siblings, he dropped out of fifth grade at age thirteen and endured years of ridicule while wearing the shoes his older brothers had worn. His childhood dream was always to own a pair of perfectly fitting, beautiful shoes, which led him to choose shoemaking as his trade.  

 

After years of apprenticeship, the boy matured into a skilled artisan. While mastering shoemaking techniques, he self-taught university-level courses in art and aesthetics. Establishing his own shoemaker shop, he crafted countless custom-made leather shoes for himself before becoming a renowned local cobbler.  

 

Guided by his meticulous attention to every stitch, mastery of "Art Nouveau" principles, sensitivity to leather soles, and unwavering dedication, he evolved into an Italian master shoemaker. For nearly half a century, he led European men's footwear trends.  

 

This visionary artisan, known as "The Old Shoemaker," embodied elegance, composure, and wisdom. He specialized in creating premium leather shoes for gentlemen, seamlessly blending fashion with aesthetics. His legacy endures as a testament to craftsmanship that transcended time.
